As the days get longer and the ice cream consumption goes way up, I wanted to take a moment to send a huge shout-out and a massive thank you to each and every one of you who dedicates your time and heart to serving our church. You are truly the unsung heroes of our community, making everything we do possible with your passion and dedication. We couldn't do it without you!

This email is packed with some exciting updates and important info, focusing on three key areas: Vacation Bible School (VBS), TAB Groups, and our Volunteer Rallies & Scheduling. Let's dive in!

1. Get Ready for VBS: Journey to Jesus! 🚀
We're so thrilled to announce this year's Vacation Bible School theme: Journey to Jesus! Get ready to embark on an incredible adventure, tracing the astounding story of Paul's radical transformation after his encounter with Jesus. It's going to be an unforgettable few days for our kids, filled with discovery, fun, and powerful lessons!

When is it?

July 27th - 29th

6:00 PM - 8:30 PM

This is a FREE event for all kids, and to make it the most incredible journey possible, we desperately need YOU! Serving at VBS is not just about helping out; it's about investing in the next generation, sharing the love of Jesus, and creating cherished memories. Whether you love leading games, telling stories, wrangling crafts, or just generally spreading joy, there's a spot for you!

Youth Camp Bound! 🏕️

Speaking of our incredible youth, we also want to share some exciting news! Our youth will be heading to camp from July 22nd to July 26th in Springville, AL. This will be an amazing time for them to grow in their faith, build friendships, and experience God in new ways. Please keep our youth and all the volunteers attending the camp in your prayers for a safe, impactful, and fun-filled week!

2. TAB Groups Are Back! 🎯
Our awesome TAB Groups are making their triumphant return! These small groups are such a vital part of connecting, growing, and doing life together. TAB Groups are kicking off again on August 24th! If you've got a brilliant idea for a new TAB Group, submissions are due by July 27th! To submit your fantastic group idea, just head over to TAB U in our church app and tap on TAB Group Resources. Let's get creative and build some amazing communities!

3. Volunteer Rallies & Scheduling ⏰
Our Sunday morning Volunteer Rally at 9:15 AM (right before service!) is a super important time for us to connect, share a laugh, pray together, and get encouraged before we dive into serving. It's the perfect way to kick off our Sunday!

We've noticed a few scheduled volunteers arriving a bit late or, sometimes, not making it at all. We totally get that life happens, but these rallies are crucial for our team unity and ensuring we're all on the same page to provide the best experience for everyone who walks through our doors. So, please, if you're scheduled to serve, make it a priority to be there at 9:15 AM! Your presence makes a huge difference.

Speaking of scheduling, we still have a few summer holes to fill in our July schedule – perfect for those spontaneous last-minute serve days! And guess what? Our August schedule is now wide open for you to pick your preferred serve days!
