Ministry Opening: Greeter Coach
Be the First Smile Someone Sees
For a first-time guest, walking into a church can be intimidating.
They may be carrying questions, hurts, fears, or simply the uncertainty of stepping into a new place. A warm smile, a genuine greeting, and a simple act of kindness can make all the difference.
The Greeter Team helps create those moments every single week.
We are currently seeking a Greeter Coach who has a heart for people, enjoys encouraging others, and is passionate about helping guests feel welcomed and valued. This role is an opportunity to care for volunteers, develop future leaders, and help create an atmosphere where people feel they belong before they ever enter the sanctuary.
