These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the website located at https://thetabchurch.net/ (the “Website”), any mobile applications associated with The Tabernacle Church (the “App”), and your participation in events and activities hosted by The Tabernacle Church, located at 4302 E. Judge Perez Dr. Meraux, LA 70075 or 73202 E. Stadium Dr. Covington, LA 70433 or 4941 W. Napoleon Ave. Metairie, LA 70001 (the “Church”). By accessing the Website, using the App, or participating in Church events, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. 

Vision Statement: 

The Tabernacle Church's vision statement is "We are a Church of His Presence. We are a Church of His People." 

Donations: 

The Tabernacle Church accepts donations through PushPay. All donations are non-refundable and will be used to support the mission and operations of The Tabernacle Church. By making a donation, you agree to PushPay’s terms of service and privacy policy. 

Event Participation and Image Release: 

By attending any event hosted by The Tabernacle Church, you grant The Tabernacle Church permission to photograph and/or videotape your image and likeness. You further grant The Tabernacle Church the right to use these photographs and videos for advertising and promotional purposes only, related to The Tabernacle Church. This includes, but is not limited to, use in print materials, on the Website, on the App, and on social media platforms. 

Communication 

The Tabernacle Church may communicate with you via email and text communication about promotional and/or informational events. By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages from The Tabernacle Church for church related purposes. Any changes will be posted on the Website and App, and your continued use of the Website, App, or participation in Church events following the posting of such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.
